Hours: Full-time & part-time available (contracted up to 30 hours)

Mileage: Mileage paid at 35p per mile (HMRC reclaim option)

Caregiver – Dedicated Support for One Client (Stratford-upon-Avon) 25–30 contracted hours per week, consistent shifts and meaningful one-to-one work.

We are recruiting a Caregiver to support one of our lovely clients who lives in the Meon Vale area of Stratford-upon-Avon. This is a client-specific role, offering stable hours, a consistent routine, and the chance to build a trusting, person-centred relationship.

About the Role

You will be supporting a client who has a spinal injury and requires hands-on assistance with daily living. Your role will include:

  • Supporting Personal Assistants with moving and handling related to personal care
  • Feeding support and help with breakfast routine
  • Encouraging physical therapy exercises
  • Providing warm, engaging companionship
  • Helping with day-to-day tasks such as feeding her much-loved cat
  • Encouraging independence and supporting her environmentally friendly lifestyle and values

Experience with spinal injury is desirable but not essential; what matters most is confidence, empathy, and a genuinely person-centred approach.

Hours & Shifts

25–30 contracted hours per week

Set shift pattern through Monday to Sunday (every other weekend on)

Hours 7:15am to 11:15am, 2:00pm to 4:00pm, 8:00pm to 10:00pm
