In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the day‑to‑day running of our operations within Extra Care Housing schemes—ensuring outstanding quality, compliance, and a truly person‑centred approach.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and motivating a high‑performing care team
• Ensuring full compliance with CQC and regulatory standards
• Overseeing care delivery, client engagement, and communal cleaning services
• Managing rotas, KPIs, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Building strong relationships with clients, families, housing partners, and healthcare professionals
• Driving client satisfaction through excellent communication and service delivery

What We’re Looking For

• An exceptional organiser who can balance priorities with ease
• A confident leader with experience in care (minimum 2 years hands‑on, plus 1 year supervisory experience desirable)
• Someone who lives and breathes person‑centred care
• A strong communicator who can build trust with clients, colleagues, and partners
• A problem‑solver with a calm, proactive, and solutions‑focused approach
• Confident with IT, administration, and managing data securely

Qualifications & Requirements

• Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards)
• Solid understanding of CQC standards
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car
• Strong computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel)
