We are recruiting a Caregiver to support one of our lovely clients who lives in the Meon Vale area of Stratford‑upon‑Avon. This is a client‑specific role, offering stable hours, a consistent routine, and the chance to build a trusting, person‑centred relationship.
About the Role
You will be supporting a client who has a spinal injury and requires hands‑on assistance with daily living. Your role will include:
- Supporting Personal Assistants with moving and handling related to personal care
- Feeding support and help with breakfast routine
- Encouraging physical therapy exercises
- Providing warm, engaging companionship
- Helping with day‑to‑day tasks such as feeding her much‑loved cat
- Encouraging independence and supporting her environmentally friendly lifestyle and values
Experience with spinal injury is desirable but not essential; what matters most is confidence, empathy, and a genuinely person‑centred approach.

- Physically active and comfortable with hands‑on support
- Experienced in delivering personal care

Hours & Shifts
- 25–30 contracted hours per week
- Set shift pattern through Monday to Sunday (every other weekend on)
- Hours 7.15am to 11.15am, 2pm to 4pm, 8pm to 10pm
- Stable, predictable rota
