Job Description

Care Assistant – Domiciliary

Pay & Hours

Pay: £14 per hour / £14.50 weekends / £28 per hour on Bank Holidays
Hours: Full-time & part-time available (contracted up to 30 hours)

Mileage Note

Mileage paid at 30p per mile (HMRC reclaim option)

Requirements

  • A caring, compassionate, and reliable nature
  • Full UK Driving Licence, access to a car, and business insurance
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Previous experience in care work, support work, or home care is desirable but not essential – we provide comprehensive training

Responsibilities

  • Deliver person-centred domiciliary care in clients’ own homes
  • Support with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and companionship
  • Help clients maintain independence and dignity
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and their families
