Unique School Solutions are supporting a large secondary school in the S8 area of Sheffield, who are needing Teaching Assistants from September 2026. Your role will involve supporting students across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, including those with Special Educational Needs. You will be working either within the classroom or on a 1:1 basis, under the guidance and leadership of class teachers, the SENCO and Senior Leadership. The role is to start in September 2026 and for the right person could lead to a permanent job after 12 weeks.

Essential requirements for the role:
- Previous experience working within a school or similar setting
- Previous experience of working with young people aged 11-18
- Previous Special Educational Needs experience
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to build rapport with young people
- The ability to work under the direction of class teachers, as well as independently
