School Receptionist Sheffield £13.85 per hour Start date: ASAP Contract type: Temporary approximately 12 weeks Working hours: Monday – Friday, term time only, Monday -Thursday 8-4, Friday 8-3.30 Unique School Solutions are supporting a large secondary school in Sheffield who are needing a receptionist to cover a long-term absence. The role will be working in the schools main reception. Some of your duties will include dealing with student and parent queries, answering the telephone, meeting visitors and completing various admin tasks. Please note, the school will provide full training on their IT systems. The role is to start ASAP and initially will be for a period of 12 weeks. About the school: – Large, 11-16 secondary school – Diverse community which the school serves – Supportive and well organised leadership team Essential requirements for the role: – Previous reception/admin experience (This doesn't have to be in a school) – Strong IT and computer skills – Resilience.
