School HR Administrator Rotherham £16.47 per hour Start date: September 2025 Contract type: Temp – perm Working hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, (term time only) Do you have previous HR administration experience within a school or public sector organisation? Do you have people management experience? Unique School Solutions are recruiting on behalf of one of our partner schools in Rotherham who are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic HR Administrator. This role will include being responsible for overseeing all administration within the HR department, including absence management and performance reviews for approximately 200 staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent administration skills and strong attention to detail along with proven experience of following legislation and policies and procedures relating to HR. You will also be responsible for overseeing a small administrative team based across two localities. This is a full-time position, 37 hours per week. Monday – Friday (term time only) with hours 8.30-4.30. This role is initially temporary with the strong possibility of being taken on a direct contract following a successful probation period. The position requires you to work across two sites. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator looking to join a warm and welcoming special school.
