Essential Requirements For The Role
- Previous experience working within a school (mainstream or special)
- Primary school experience
- Previous SEMH experience
- Ability to build rapport with young learners
- Ability to work under the direction of the class teacher as well as using own initiative
- Ability to support small groups and on a 1:1 basis
