Unique School Solutions are supporting a large number of mainstream primary schools in Rotherham to recruit SEND Teaching Assistants to work within the classroom supporting students with SEND needs on a long-term temporary to permanent basis. The role will be working within the classroom under the direction of the teacher supporting students with the curriculum and developmental targets.
Essential Requirements For The Role:- Previous experience working within a school (mainstream or special)
- Recent primary school employment experience
- Experience supporting students with SEND
- The ability to build positive rapport with learners
- The ability to work under the direction of the class teacher as well as using own initiative
- The ability to support small groups and on a 1:1 basis
- The support of an experienced team of specialist consultants as well as a dedicated consultant who will be your point of contact from start to finish
- Paid via PAYE only with an inhouse payroll team, no hidden deductions from your pay
