Unique School Solutions are supporting a large secondary school in the S8 area of Sheffield, who are needing Cover Supervisors from September 2026. Your role will involve leading classes delivering pre-prepared schemes of work, managing behaviour and monitoring progress across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5. The role is to start in September 2026 and for the right person could lead to a permanent job after 12 weeks.

Essential requirements for the role:
- Previous experience working within a school or similar setting
- Previous experience of leading groups of young people aged 11-18
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to build rapport with young learners
- The ability to work independently
