School Caretaker

Sheffield, S20

£14.61 per hour

Start date: 1st September 2025

Contract type: Temp – perm following 12 weeks successful temporary placement

Working hours: Monday – Friday, term time only, 25 hours per week

Unique School Solutions are supporting a wonderful primary school in S20 to appoint a Caretaker. You will be responsible for opening and closing the school each day, maintenance, security, statutory checks and ensuring the overall safety and functionality of the school. The hours are 6am – 8am and 3pm to 6pm.

Essential Requirements For The Role

  • Previous experience of premises maintenance
  • Prepared to update records and make checks within school
  • The ability to build rapport with staff and pupils
