As demand for high-quality outdoor spaces continues to grow, so does our pipeline of exciting new projects. At Unique Projects, we are proud to work on some of the most technically demanding and visually striking landscaping schemes in the South of England and we are looking for talented individuals to join us.
We currently have vacancies for:
- Hard landscapers and groundworkers
- Skilled carpenters and preferably Millboard Approved
- Experienced gardeners and horticulturists
- Landscape maintenance professionals
We are hiring for both employed and sub-contracted roles, with flexible start dates and rates dependent on experience.
What Kind of Work Do We Do?
From coastal cliffside terraces in Cornwall to stream bank restoration in Somerset, our portfolio is as varied as it is rewarding. We have worked with private homeowners, Garden Designers, Architects and developers to deliver bespoke, high-end outdoor spaces, including:
- A full wrap-around landscape scheme for a mid-century renovation in Ringstead, Weymouth
- A carefully detailed roof garden in Mayfair, central London, balancing weight constraints with a lush green finish
- A hot tub and outdoor kitchen terrace installation in Portwrinkle, Cornwall, built to withstand coastal conditions
- Ongoing streamside erosion protection using Purbeck boulders for a Somerset cottage
- A terrace for an award-winning clubhouse for Budleigh Salterton Cricket Club, in collaboration with leading Architects and suppliers
Each project is Unique and brings a new set of challenges and a chance to create something truly lasting.
Who Are We Looking For?
You’ll need to bring:
- Proven experience in landscaping, horticulture, carpentry or groundworks
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- A positive, collaborative mindset - our best work happens as a team
- Pride in quality craftsmanship and delivering projects to a high standard
- Most importantly have a ‘can do’ attitude, because in our world there is no such word as ‘can’t’.
- RHS training or APL accreditation is a bonus, but not essential
