Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role based at our brand new Winchester branch.
The Assistant Manager supports daily branch operations, including supervising staff, coordinating customer service, and ensuring efficient stock control and merchandising of plumbing and heating products.
Responsibilities include assisting with scheduling, monitoring sales performance, resolving customer queries, and maintaining a safe and well-presented showroom and trade counter.
The role also involves supporting the Branch Manager with reporting, implementing company procedures, and contributing to local marketing or promotional activities.

Qualifications
