Hours of work: 08.30 – 17.30

Days: 5 days a week

Job Responsibilities:

  • Telephone, email and video conference communication with all Razor appointed Distributors and retail partners.
  • Gather marketing actions and activities from all partners, evaluate and report.
  • Advise, guide and implement plans based on “Razor standards” utilising collateral and assets as provided from Razor FTP site and other locations.
  • Communicate with VP Global Marketing in the USA to align marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Manage all razor.com EMEA website presence and create a minimum standards plan to ensure best practice for all sites.
  • Create a detailed plan of existing retail landscape per territory from distributor communication.
  • Work with sales to develop opportunities with distributors (or direct) to establish new retail partnerships.
  • Construct robust communication channels, cultivate strong relationships with all collaborators and partners, and drive the internal flow of information across multiple Global and European divisions to secure stakeholder alignment up to executive level.
  • Assemble collateral packs from FTP site on demand from direct partners if partners don’t have access to FTP.
  • Establish and execute an effective European go-to-market strategy aligned to requirements from the sales team.
  • Management of all Amazon European Websites together with content, videos, listings.
  • Formulate performance metrics and launch criteria to support partners in their local launch planning and evaluation.
  • Define the appropriate mix of product USPs to drive conversion and maximise revenue.
  • Distil product USPs into local marketing communication to adapt into consumer language and execute across retail touch points.
  • Drive/manage the implementation of Razor display solutions (funded by distributors).
  • Drive/manage the implementation of catalogue/print advertising (funded by distributors).
  • Drive/manage the implementation of Razor presence in all major online/e-retail outlets within the EMEA territories in conjunction with the established distributors.
  • Evaluate the performance of retail store and digitally executed initiatives and make recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Identify partners' best practice, educate others and support adoption across markets.
  • Evaluation of competitor and benchmark brand/product, retail marketing activity to ensure Razor continues to lead the consumer shopping experience across retail and digital touch points.
  • Reporting of key insights to Global, European and local marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with contracted digital marketing agency Crowd and share all reported results both internally and externally.
  • Access to all marketing collateral to share assets as required and assemble and share packs of data on demand.

Requirements:

  • A proven ability to formulate and deliver go-to-market strategies by understanding the situational challenges of international markets.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with a confident ability to present strategic and operational direction at an executive level at local management level.
  • Acquire knowledge of European retail and trade channels within Toy, CE, Auto, online and other relevant channels.
  • Knowledge of go-to-market disciplines to support partners & retailers pre-launch & post-launch.
