The Role
We are seeking a personable and driven Property Consultant to join our well‑established team, playing a key role in sourcing and securing the most unique and character‑filled homes in the UK. With a passion for building genuine connections, you’ll help grow our luxury portfolio by identifying exceptional properties, fostering strong relationships with owners, and ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth and professionalism that define Unique Homestays.

Main Tasks
In this role, you will take the lead in managing new property enquiries from owners eager to join our portfolio. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly and warmly to enquiries from both existing and prospective owners, building strong and lasting relationships from the very first interaction.
- Assessing property suitability for inclusion in the Unique Homestays portfolio, confidently presenting your recommendations to the team, and handling both “yes” and “no” outcomes with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
- Collaborating with colleagues to arrange property visits, prepare income projections, and provide constructive feedback on opportunities for interior design and styling enhancements.
- Supporting property sales administration, ensuring all processes are carried out accurately and efficiently.
The Details
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mon‑Fri, 9am‑5pm
- Location: Office-based in St Columb with flexible hybrid working options (this is not a fully remote role). Occasional travel required, but this role is mainly office-based.
