Who are we looking for: Our Care Assistants create a warm, compassionate, and human connection with the people they support. They work closely with each person in their own home, providing tailored assistance with essential daily tasks while respecting their individuality and fostering their independence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Improve quality of life with tasks such as housekeeping and shopping
  • Deliver personal care
  • Administer medication
  • Monitor the safety and wellbeing of the person
  • Build positive relationships with the person and their families
  • Use personal care plans to deliver a person‑centred service
  • Be responsible for adult support and protection
  • Monitor the person’s care needs and report any required changes for the care plan
