- Assist in the preparation of management reports on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly basis, as required, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
- Perform daily accounting tasks, including recording income and expenses, acknowledging payment receipts, bank reconciliations, payroll processing, etc.
- Manage a large volume of petty cash transactions and handle related administrative activities efficiently.
- Assist in preparing statutory financial statements and other regulatory reports.
- Process operational bills in compliance with company policies and applicable VAT and tax laws of Bangladesh.
- Record all financial transactions accurately in the accounting software.
- Maintain ledgers and accounting records in a systematic and organized manner.
- Reconcile accounts payable ledgers with vendor statements regularly.
- Maintain effective communication with corporate offices and banks regarding routine financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for all operational bank accounts.
- Prepare and update reports as instructed by higher management.
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions, meetings, and appointments.
- Support the reporting supervisor in implementing operational activities and perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
