We currently have a vacancy for a Call Verification Assistant to join our established team permanently.

The position involves calling supporters who have signed up to support a charity to verify their personal details and to obtain feedback for the customer service experience.

There is no cold calling.

Working hours are 35 hours per week, on a 7-hour shift pattern between the hours of 10am The ability to adapt to compliant scripts to ensure our clients' obligations are met in delivering the required KPIs.

You will be dedicated to ensuring donors are satisfied with the supporter journey.
