Your role will be to develop new venue partnerships and ensure our fundraising team has access to quality, well-attended locations that maximise fundraising opportunities.

The Role

Working remotely on a self-employed basis, you will contact and develop relationships with:

  • Supermarkets
  • Shopping Centres
  • Garden Centres
  • Retail Parks
  • Farm Shops
  • Tourist Attractions
  • High Footfall Retail Locations
  • Other suitable venues and new opportunities

Your primary objective will be to secure fundraising booking opportunities and establish long-term venue partnerships.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven sales, telesales, business development or appointment-setting experience.
  • A confident and persuasive communicator with the ability to engage decision-makers and secure commitments over the phone.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated and focused on achieving targets.
  • Experience generating new business and building long-term commercial relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent organisation and follow-up abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline of opportunities.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and securing new high-footfall fundraising locations.
  • Experience within fundraising, retail partnerships, venue bookings or field sales would be advantageous but not essential.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone with a strong sales mindset who enjoys winning new business, opening doors and turning conversations into confirmed venue bookings.

What We Offer

  • Self-employed, flexible working arrangement
  • Work remotely from anywhere in Scotland
  • Attractive commission and incentive structure
  • Opportunity to grow with an expanding fundraising organisation

Success in This Role

You will be measured on:

  • Fundraising bookings confirmed
  • Monthly activity and booking targets achieved

Remuneration Package

  • £750 per month retainer
  • £50 for every new venue sourced and confirmed - minimum of 10 monthly
  • Additional £50 once the fundraising team has successfully worked the venue
  • For venues that become part of our regular rotation programme following the initial booking, a further £75 payment will be made each time the fundraising team has successfully worked the venue
  • Quarterly Performance bonus for achieving and exceeding booking and venue development targets

Location: Remote, Scotland

Contract Type: Self-Employed / Commission & Incentive Based

Start Date: Immediate
