Member of the Call Verification team, to complete a compliance check and confirm the personal details of supporters to clients' charities. To carry out administrative and IT-related tasks using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases; · Liaising with supporters to validate details and record management · Record anomalies accurately in the in-house systems · Achieve daily target given by verification manager to reach set target · Liaise with verification team leader on all anomalies or queries to ensure sponsor can be consolidated in the system ready for client upload · Liaise with Senior Management Team on requirements/anomalies · To attend staff training when required · To work efficiently across all specific areas of the job specification including new developments · Liaise with verification team leader on converting pending donors to complete /recording data accurately · Monitor call notes, logging call back data accurately, ensuring deadlines are met · Liaise with team leader on inappropriate activity/trends by way of escalation · Liaise with the Verification team leader / Office Manager on development of new client welcome scripts · Ensure call quality is maintained/monitored · Monitor percentage tracking supporting verification team leader individual/team % · Supporting the verification manager to cover staff absence · Embracing staff development and training · Promoting equality and diversity policy
