Are you a confident communicator who loves organising, spotting opportunities and making things happen? Help our face-to-face (F2F) fundraising teams reach more people by securing exciting shows, events and private sites across the UK. From researching new venues to keeping rotas running smoothly, you'll play a key role in creating successful fundraising opportunities. Working closely with charities, venue providers and regional managers, you'll combine relationship-building with practical organisation to keep our teams supported and ready to go. What you'll be doing
Finding the right opportunities Research, assess and secure shows, events and private sites nationwide. Build strong relationships with venue providers and external site suppliers to meet each region's booking needs. Use site performance data and local knowledge to identify promising venues and make informed booking decisions. Keeping everything on track Co-ordinate site allocations and maintain accurate, consistent rotas for fundraising teams and managers. Manage bookings, diary changes and cancellation deadlines, adapting plans as team numbers change. Ensure booking paperwork is accurate, complete and meets supplier requirements. Process incoming venue correspondence, record available dates and send booking confirmations. Building relationships and solving problems Act as a key contact for charity partners, site suppliers and regional managers. Provide real-time support to fundraising teams, responding promptly to venue issues and changes. Handle complaints from venue providers, donors, regulatory bodies and other external contacts with professionalism, tact and care. Making the details count Keep databases, spreadsheets and venue records up to date, including call notes and booking information. Produce daily reports on active and unavailable stores, alongside other reports to agreed deadlines. Provide essential administrative support to the department and F2F Manager. Attend relevant training to develop your knowledge and skills. What you'll bring
