We are currently recruiting for a Social Media Content Creator – Videographer and Editor to sit within the EU Social Media team, based in our London office. This is an opportunity for someone with a background in content creation and storytelling, who will help to expand our growing EU Digital presence.

The purpose of this role will be to develop UNIQLO Europe’s digital and in‑store video output in order to maximise engagement with our customers, and to plan and execute best‑in‑class video content campaigns.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Ideation and creation of video content for the @uniqloeurope social media portfolio including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Tik‑Tok account.
  • Editing will be required for all in‑house filmed content in multiple formats across the business, for in‑store, HR and digital platforms.
  • Liaising with social media manager and coordinator to build coherent, engaging content for the EU social media channels, along with other digital output and in‑store screens.
  • Videography management on content creation shoots, this will include logistics, locations, equipment and of course the filming/lighting of content on set.
  • Outside of video/editing this role will also require candidates to perform other functions in the social media team including content uploading video content, report analysis.
  • Previous animation skills would be desirable but not essential.

Skills, Experience and Attributes:

  • Must have proven track record of videography either in‑house/agency or freelance portfolio.
  • Candidate must have ability to shoot on both camera and phone, and show strong examples of previous work in both formats.
  • Editing skills are a must for this role, candidate must have proven track record of editing on Adobe Suite, also CapCut, Tik‑Tok, Edits (Instagram Editor) experience is desirable.
  • Must have background in creative ideation, narrative led campaigns as well as a strong knowledge of the social media landscape.
  • Previous animation skills would be desirable but not essential.
  • Candidate must have strong presentation skills, and will be required to present to key business stakeholders presenting our content and video strategy.
  • Be an advocate of LifeWear and have a desire to increase the brand awareness across EU.
  • Natural ability to connect with people, working cross‑functionally across many departments and EU markets.
  • Be curious; always seeking new ways to improve and optimise, trying new things and not being afraid to fail in the pursuit of excellence.
  • Loves UNIQLO inside and out and works in line with the company principles and policies.
  • Travel is essential to the role as we creating video content across the EU including new store openings, on‑location shoots and support for campaign and magazine video content when required.
