Overview
Senior Assistant Branch Merchandiser – Europe at UNIQLO is based in London. You will join the European Inventory Control team to support in-season inventory management for selected categories across stores in Europe and our E-commerce platform to maintain high in-stock availability.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the successful completion of all weekly and monthly routine tasks and reporting within the team.
- Undertake relevant analysis and use available reporting to support the inventory controllers.
- Ensure store queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Manage settings for the auto allocation system to ensure company KPI\’s are achieved.
- Support the continuous development of processes and procedures to drive efficiencies in the department.
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of experience within stock planning, inventory management or branch merchandising.
- Previous experience within the fashion retail industry is an advantage.
- Understanding of relevant metrics and KPI\’s relating to inventory management.
- Analytical and numerate with advanced Excel skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team using own initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines whilst being adaptable to changing conditions.
- Good written and oral communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the business.
