We are currently recruiting a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to sit within the European Digital Marketing team for 12-month maternity cover. You will report to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager for France and Belgium. Based in our London office, you will support both France and Belgium and work closely with the wider EU Digital Marketing and Brand teams, with a focus on e-commerce.
You will support the day-to-day operations of digital marketing channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Influencers and Affiliates) to efficiently drive traffic and revenue to the website and increase stores footfall and sales for the French market. The role is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of our e-commerce and stores sales with focus on traffic, revenue, new customer acquisition and brand awareness increase through the management of full funnel campaigns.
What you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the day-to-day management of digital marketing performance and brand campaigns across all channels (PPC, Social, Affiliates, Influencers, etc.), including reporting and analysis.
- Supporting the growth of new customer acquisition through execution of marketing tactics across both earned and paid media.
- Analysing campaign performance in-flight and post campaign to ascertain learnings and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Preparing data to support forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports to include commercial KPIs and channel performance.
- Coordinating with internal teams and European digital agencies to support local operations and digital activations.
- Partnering with local brand managers to support digital campaigns and ensure strong impact in each region.
- Tracking performance and report across all digital marketing channels.
- Working closely with the website marketing, site experience, CRM and Omni channel, and other related departments to ensure a smooth customer journey across all touchpoints and channels reflecting the specific market needs and local marketing initiatives.
Skills, Experience and Attributes:
- Fluent in English and French – in both written and speaking language.
- Minimum 5 years’ prior work experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the retail or fashion sector or in a digital agency working with retail clients.
- Strong interest in E-Commerce; past experience in E-Commerce strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, including a track record in leveraging data to generate insights to feed into marketing campaigns.
- Working knowledge in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager and MS Office, including a good command of Excel and M365 tools (Copilot, Planner, Loop, etc.).
- Data-driven mindset with excellent communication, organisation and coordination skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural setting / across geographies, international work experience strongly preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly between the UK and France.
