We are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Payroll Specialist to join our European HR Payroll team, based in our London Office. This new role will report to the European HR Payroll Manager and will work collaboratively with local HR and Payroll teams as well as the wider European HR Department. This role is focused on maintaining accuracy, quality, and compliance across Payroll, Mobility and Immigration and as such we’re looking for people with strong experience in a previous operational HR/Payroll role. You will work collaboratively with local HR, payroll specialists, and Finance and as you’ll support mobility and immigration functions for expats in EU markets, we’re looking for a strong communicator to become a valuable business partner to many internal stakeholders What you will be responsible for Support EU markets to lead end-to-end payroll process, which is a key part of the payroll chain. Closely cooperate with EU markets Payroll Partners and HR Managers. Execute controls of payroll files throughout the payroll cycle. Manage the payroll for expats, coordinating with tax advisor and EU markets for mobility partners. Validate and approve payroll data as part of the payroll chain. Manage salary
