You will be reporting into the EU E-Commerce Logistics Manager, working closely with local and global E-Commerce teams, and external logistics service providers.As part of the UNIQLO’s Logistics Team, you will be primarily responsible for quality of middle/final-mile delivery of UNIQLO parcels. Based on in-depth analysis of data and Voice of Customers (VOC), you are expected to improve UNIQLO’s supply chain. You are also expected to work closely with our logistics service partners (warehouse and delivery companies).What you will be responsible forAnalysing customers’ shopping experience (VOC) to find challenges in UNIQLO’s supply chainResolving any problems/complaints by compiling and analysing data Analysing and summarising logistics costs for optimizationPlanning and executing logistics projects and 3PL tendersEstablishing short, mid and long-term Supply Chain strategyCommunicating clearly and efficiently with internal stakeholders on all logistics topicsWorking with logistics service providers (3PL and delivery companies)Working with UNIQLO’s E-Commerce team and Customer Service teamMonitoring UNIQLO’s logistics KPIs and improving itSkills and AttributesE-Commerce Logistics Experience as a retailer or 3PL in EuropeExperience in a fast-paced working environmentFluent in English both written and verbalExcellent analytical and issue solving skillsAbility to process and analyze dataAbility to organise and prioritise own workload with minimal supervisionLeadership and interpersonal skillsContinuous improvement mindset and ability to adapt to changeFinancial analysisStrong skills in Microsoft OfficeContract and commercial negotiation (preferred)Procurement and Tender (preferred)Use of AI (preferred)Fluent in Spanish or Italian (nice to have)What we can offer you26 days holiday + 8
