Unipuler is looking for a professional and people-oriented HR Officer with strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate should be able to support recruitment, candidate screening, interview scheduling, employee communication, and HR documentation. We value candidates who are responsible, detail-oriented, confidential, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a professional remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in attendance, leave, and performance tracking.
- Support employee engagement and communication initiatives.
- Handle routine HR queries in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and update recruitment databases regularly.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, administration, or a related role; Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills may also apply.
