The Role
Strategic, relationship‐driven Sales Director to engage senior decision‐makers and partners, navigate complex buying cycles, and close high‐value enterprise AI/Data/CX/SaaS agreements across UKI & Europe. Growth‐focused, building new business, developing long‐term client relationships, and contributing directly to Uniphore's expansion.
What You'll Do
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, in strategic enterprise accounts.
- Design and refine territory and account coverage models, focusing on net‐new and expansion growth.
- Lead and mentor account executives to exceed objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with C‐level stakeholders and partners across banking, insurance, telecom, government, energy, and other sectors.
- Drive complex solution sales with multiple decision‐makers, partners, and extended timelines.
- Consistently meet or exceed ambitious revenue and growth objectives.
- Collaborate with cross‐functional leaders (Marketing, Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Customer Success) to drive end‐to‐end motions.
- Represent Uniphore as a trusted advisor and thought leader on AI innovation in the region.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of enterprise software sales experience (AI, CX, SaaS, automation, cloud).
- A record of successfully managing and closing large, multi‐stakeholder deals in the UKI and Europe region.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with C‐suite executives and partners.
- Established industry relationships in at least one priority sector (banking, insurance, telecom, media, retail, energy & utilities).
- Strong negotiation, contract, financial, and commercial acumen.
- Based in London with willingness to travel regionally as needed.
