The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.

To manage multiple concurrent projects across pharmaceutical storage, distribution, commercialization, and operational excellence initiatives. The role ensures compliance with GxP standards and drives continuous improvement through LEAN principles, delivering projects on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage diverse projects including:
  • Responses to RFPs
  • Onboarding new clients for storage, distribution, and commercialization of pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and healthcare consumables in the UK, EU, and third countries.
  • Operational excellence and process improvement projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Quality, Regulatory, Logistics, Commercial).
  • Ensure compliance with GDP and GMP throughout project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Act as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Promote a “right first time” quality mindset and continuous improvement culture.
  • Qualifications & Experience:
    • Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Supply Chain, or related discipline (preferred).
    • Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) – preferred but not mandatory.
    • 3–5 years’ experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
    • Strong understanding of GxP, specifically GDP and GMP.
    • Experience with LEAN methodologies and operational excellence initiatives.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a matrix environment.

    Additional Information:
    • Hybrid working arrangement available.
    • Occasional travel within the UK and internationally may be required.

    Flexible hybrid working is available and this role will also involve travel to our other UK and global sites. It is important to note that we do not expect this job to be a ‘9 to 5’ type position.
