The Territory Manager - Acute Care & Simulation supports the growth and adoption of acute care, resuscitation, maternity, and clinical simulation solutions across NHS and private healthcare organisations. The role blends commercial sales activity with clinical credibility to position practical, education‐led solutions that improve patient care, training, and clinical outcomes. This role is open to entry‐level or experienced candidates with the right aptitude and motivation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets across resuscitation equipment, maternity solutions, and simulation & training technologies
  • Identify and develop opportunities within NHS Trusts and private healthcare providers
  • Support or manage the full sales cycle, including tenders, evaluations, and contract awards
  • Build relationships with clinical users (resus leads, midwives, educators), procurement, EBME/IT, and management
  • Deliver product demonstrations, simulations, and training sessions
  • Contribute to NHS Supply Chain and Trust tender submissions
  • Prepare proposals and value‐based business cases aligned to clinical and training needs
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and relevant NHS policy or guideline changes
Key Requirements
  • Interest or experience in medical device, healthcare, or clinical education sales
  • Understanding of, or willingness to learn, acute care, maternity, resuscitation, or simulation environments
  • Awareness of NHS structures and procurement (training provided if entry‐level)
  • Confidence presenting to clinical and non‐clinical stakeholders
