Core Responsibilities

  • System Support
    • Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Uniphi system alongside senior team members.
    • Assist users with basic system queries (e.g., login issues, navigation support), escalating more complex issues where required.
    • Help monitor system usage and flag any issues or irregularities.
    • Taking responsibility for testing activities during system updates and releases (e.g., following test scripts and recording results).
    • Responsible for maintaining and improving user guidance materials such as FAQs and user guides.
  • Client Support
    • Assist in preparing materials for client demonstrations and training sessions (e.g., slide decks, user guides).
    • Shadow senior colleagues during client meetings and training sessions to build understanding of client needs.
    • Help respond to basic client queries regarding system functionality, under guidance.
    • Capture client feedback and requests, ensuring they are clearly documented for further review.
  • Implementation Support
    • Support the team in gathering and documenting client requirements for new or updated platform.
    • Assist with administrative tasks related to portal setup and preparing documentation and communications for new system builds.
    • Support the team during rollout activities by tracking tasks.
  • Documentation and Organisation
    • Take responsibility for maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation (e.g., user guides, process notes, simple flow diagrams).
    • Responsible for the organisation of files and records related to system updates, validation, and compliance activities.
    • Help ensure documentation is updated in line with system or process changes.
    • Assist and progress to taking responsibility for preparing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documentation and capturing results.
    • Gain exposure to working within regulated environments (e.g., GxP), with support and training provided.
  • Team Support
    • Provide administrative support to the Digital Platform Lead and wider team (e.g., scheduling meetings, taking notes, tracking actions).
    • Contribute updates in team meetings on assigned tasks.
    • Actively participate in training and development opportunities to build knowledge of the platform and EAP processes.
    • Demonstrate a proactive and collaborative approach to learning and supporting team activities.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent in Life Sciences, Information Technology.
  • Experience
    • Prior professional experience is an advantage but not essential.
    • Any relevant internship, placement, part-time role, or academic project involving digital systems, IT tools, or healthcare environments would be beneficial.
  • Technical Skills
    • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
