The role involves exploring new business opportunities in untapped markets, driving revenue, and expanding relationships with established regions. You will play a key role in executing elements of the On-Demand strategy with the desire to be the best in market and go-to exporter for International clients.

Key Outcomes and Responsibilities:

  • Working as part of a growing international sales team to drive growth & implement the long-term strategy and value proposition.
  • Achieving/exceeding revenue targets by identifying and selling the On-Demand portfolio throughout key and developing markets.
  • Building and expanding Uniphar's client portfolio by developing relationships with senior leaders within the customer base.
  • Developing and executing account management strategies for targeted key clients.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to support the business development process.
  • Collaborating with Uniphar Group colleagues to support cross-Group business development planning and execution.

Key Skills & Experiences:

  • Proven track record of more than 5 years sales within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • 5+ years' experience in developing sales presentations and presenting to professionals at all levels.
  • Exhibits a growth mindset and the ability to scale a nascent business.
  • Experience in business process development, working with CRM, documenting sales activity.
  • Displays intellect, grit, executive presence, and commercial acumen.
  • Enjoys team-selling and a culture of continuous learning.
  • Open to travel for key business events.
