  • Sales & Business Development
    • Achieve and exceed territory sales targets across ECG devices and digital solutions
    • Identify and develop new opportunities within NHS Trusts and private healthcare providers
    • Manage or support the full sales cycle including tenders, negotiations, and contract awards
    • Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned to customer needs
  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Build relationships with clinicians, physiologists, procurement, IT and senior stakeholders
    • Understand clinical workflows and digital transformation priorities
    • Conduct meetings, presentations and account reviews
  • Product Demonstration & Clinical Support
    • Deliver product demonstrations and clinical training
    • Support customer trials and evaluations
    • Provide technical and clinical guidance to users
  • Digital Solutions & Integration
    • Promote ECG digital systems including data management and connectivity
    • Support EPR/EMR integration discussions
    • Respond to IT and compliance queries during the sales process
  • Account Management & After-Sales Support
    • Ensure strong customer relationships and satisfaction
    • Coordinate installation, training and service support
    • Identify upsell and account growth opportunities
  • Market Intelligence
    • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends
    • Provide insights to support commercial strategy

    Key Requirements

    • Experience in healthcare, sales or customer-facing roles is desirable but not essential
