Uniphar Medtech is seeking candidates for an exciting opportunity to join our new team focusing on the spine and neuro specialities, bringing innovative and progressive solutions to improve patient outcomes.
Products: Driving growth of a portfolio of specialised spinal implants and neurosurgery products by developing existing key accounts and growing customer base in new centres in defined territories.
Location: We currently have x2 vacancies in both Greater London/South East UK and Manchester/Midlands UK. These roles require candidates to travel to all areas in the UK as/when required, to support the growing UK business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a growing portfolio of specialised spinal and neurosurgery products with key customers.
- Working to ambitious quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Working closely with surgeons and staff in operating theatres.
- Developing new business opportunities with key Spine and Neuro centres across the UK.
- Systematic collection, presentation and interpretation of market and competitor information.
- Business Planning and Forecasting on a quarterly basis.
- Implementation of new product launches and other corporate activities within area of responsibility.
- Attendance at relevant conferences and meetings both in Ireland and elsewhere.
- Assisting customers with clinical, technical and commercial enquiries.
Key Skills & Experiences:
- Preference for degree qualified in a medical discipline or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in medical sales.
- Comfortable working in operating theatres.
- Target-driven with an ability to "close" sales.
- Ability to communicate well and deliver a positive image of the company and its products.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills are a pre-requisite for this role as is a high reliance on personal drive and initiative.
- Commercially aware with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills and an ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Practical experience in dealing with complex medical device technologies within a clinical background.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive personality.
- Proficient in MS and industry-specific applications.
