Purpose of Role: The primary purpose of this role is to achieve sales & market share objectives through the sales & clinical support of medical devices. Supporting the Interventional Cardiology and Radiology portfolio of products, this role requires a high level of motivation and a passion for excellence in service. Products: Products include most interventional cardiology and radiology products with focus on structural heart. Customers: Customers include Interventional Cardiologists, Radiologists, and relevant theatre staff, managers and purchasing departments. Territory: North & Midlands UK Principal Duties and Responsibilities: * Develop relationships with key customers into lasting business partnerships. * Achievement of sales plans on a quarterly and annual basis. * Assist customers with clinical, technical, and commercial enquiries. * Business planning and implementation throughout area of responsibility. * Development of new business opportunities and determination of new client and market potential. * Systematic collection, presentation and interpretation of market and competitor information. * Provide feedback on customers, promotional programs and environmental changes and provide ideas to improve product and company performance in the marketplace. * Implementation of new product launches and other corporate activities within area of responsibility. * Attendance at relevant conferences and meetings as agreed by BUL. * The successful candidate must reside within territory. Role Requirements: * 3+ years’ experience in related field sales (cardiology/radiology/theatre). * Nursing/technician experience an advantage. * Excellent interpersonal skills * Customer focused with strong influencing skills. * Good administrative and IT/computing skills * Commercially aware, with an ability to manage multiple complex business scenarios * Well organised, self-motivated team player.
