Role Overview
Administer and configure core ITSM modules, manage user roles and access controls, and maintain platform performance. Collaborate with the Architect and consultancy partner on platform enhancements. Provide end-user support and training as needed.

- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and scheduled data exports to support business operations and KPIs.
- Assist in CMDB population and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot issues and apply patches/upgrades.
