We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Relief Pharmacist to join the team in South Dublin across our Old County, Drimnagh and Coolock Pharmacies.
Store Details:
- Old County: 8:30 am–7 pm Mon‑Fri, 9 am–6 pm Sat, closed Sun.
- Coolock: 9:30 am–8 pm Mon‑Fri, 11 am–8 pm Sat, closed Sun.
Double cover 2 days.
Position: 40‑hour permanent.

Requirements:
- Observe statutory regulations (Pharmacy Act 2007)
- Maintain community pharmacy professional standard
- Participate in health promotion & pharmaceutical care programmes
- Engage in continuing education & professional development
- Implement policies & procedures of Allcare Pharmacy
- Ensure proper stock control and correct documentation
- Responsible for security of stock, property, keys, safety of staff & customers with pharmacy manager
- Follow Health and Safety of Work Act and enforce staff compliance
- Maintain confidentiality of business details
- Manage Department of Health schemes (DPS, LTI, GMS) and ensure timely submission & reconciliation
- Support pharmacy manager in retail standards: category management, merchandising & stock control
- Stay updated on legislation & PSI practice guidance
Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required:
- 1–2 years experience as a pharmacist (highly advantageous)
- Member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication, interpersonal & leadership skills
- Highly organised, able to handle multiple tasks accurately in a busy environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
