Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for service referrals and day-to-day interactions and queries for specific patient support programmes.
  • Ensure the provision of a continuous high level of customer service.
  • Ensure material orders are managed and coordinated using SAP to ensure a timely and accurate delivery.
  • Coordinate the delivery and dispensing of prescribed medications and associated ancillaries, involving close collaboration with various other departments.
  • Accurately report details of Adverse Events, Product Complaints and/or Clinical Incidents as per company policy.
  • Ensure complete accuracy at all times, minimising the impact of error.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports and/or reviews as required.
  • Work with internal departments/colleagues to resolve problems, facilitate solutions and enhance customer service offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Update, review and approve Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and Quality related documentation as required.
  • Offer input and suggestions on how policies and procedures could be further developed/improved upon.
  • Lead and participate in customer complaint investigations as required, including prompt and efficient follow-up.
  • Acknowledge and understand the appropriateness to escalate as required.
  • Participate in the implementation of induction and routine service training for new and existing employees.
  • Contribute towards department objectives in line with the overall business strategy.
  • Deliver and exceed on agreed targets as set by your line manager.
  • Undertake day-to-day filing and general office administration.
  • Perform any other duties as required based on company needs.
