Working as part of an integrated division, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for marketing deliverables which form part of the overall marketing strategy across Uniphar Commercial. This role is an exciting opportunity that looks at the service lifecycle and explores innovative solutions for the customer journey. The role will involve working closely with project teams to deliver campaigns, support internal brands, and external client activity. The Purpose

The Digital Marketing Manager will be accountable for the marketing deliverables set by the business. This will include leading on the delivery of marketing strategy, reviewing and ensuring our digital presence is optimised in a commercial yet compliant manner, working on key campaigns, and having the opportunity to work across a global scale.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Collaborating with key stakeholders and delivering the marketing strategy.
- Working in conjunction with the broader Marketing team ensuring compliance, that the information is relevant, to a high standard and meets the key deliverables within the marketing strategy.
- Collaborating with key departments such as Digital, Design, Account Management, and Business Development on developing marketing solutions and campaigns to deliver for our clients and in-house brands.
- Working closely with key business leads and finance to ensure that the marketing delivery is aligned to the individual P&L budgetary agreements and review of financial tracking of marketing spend.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders on delivering on the ‘one Uniphar approach’.
- Leading the execution of the marketing plans and campaigns for internal brands and external customers.
- Reviewing existing marketing activities and looking at continuous improvement opportunities.
- Periodically reviewing insights and undertaking asset audits to implement and/or maintain marketing dashboards, showcasing campaign performance.
- Effectively analysing key metrics, market analysis, and trends to develop marketing plans, leveraging opportunities and focusing on innovative solutions.
- Creating high quality, impactful marketing communications, digital content, social media content, and brand messaging ensuring that the approach and output is aligned with the overall strategy for the brand in question.
- Reviewing digital platforms, marketing, and promotional content for effectiveness, UX, CTA etc.
- Working closely with the entire marketing and content team to support any other reasonable tasks as required.
Requirements
- Marketing strategy and planning experience.
- Proven ability to create and execute successful marketing plans.
- Strong skills in delivering marketing campaigns for different audiences to meet objectives.
- Strong skills in marketing copywriting for different channels and SEO best practice principles.
- Proven experience of using multimedia channels including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, PPC.
- Proven experience of using multimedia formats to market including video/animation/podcasts.
- Proven experience of WordPress, Microsoft Office suite, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Ability to use analytical tools such as Google Analytics to generate accurate reporting and apply results to activities.
- Understanding of the importance of user experience in digital delivery.
- Confident team player with excellent time management.
Desirable Skills
- Experience of marketing to healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and ABPI Code of Practice.
