We’re looking for an experienced recruitment professional to lead our Non‑Medical Help (NMH) provision for Unitemps. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a high‑impact leadership role at the heart of a busy service, supporting students across our HE Partners. As the NMH Recruitment Team Leader, you will manage the day‑to‑day operations of a NMH provider that provides support workers to meet disability‑related support needs. You will lead a small team, create and refine operational processes, ensure compliance with frameworks, and build strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and operational outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing recruitment processes to ensure quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across all activity.
- Building strong relationships with external stakeholders through account management, visits, and regular service reviews.
- Managing operational procedures and systems in partnership with Unitemps Compliance and Operations teams and WEG IT.
- Producing key metrics, reports and insights to support team and organisational planning.
- Ensuring all the service complies with employment legislation and right‑to‑work requirements.
About You
We are seeking a confident leader with:
- Extensive experience in temporary recruitment, ideally including disability and non‑medical help recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment compliance, legislation and best practice.
- Proven line‑management and team‑leadership experience, with the ability to motivate others and lead by example.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective account‑management experience and the ability to build long‑term relationships.
- Strong problem‑solving, organisational and initiative‑taking skills.
