We’re looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead the optimisation of the University of Warwick’s digital presence. You’ll develop and deliver strategies that increase organic search visibility, drive qualified traffic, and improve user engagement across all digital platforms. This is a key role in shaping how prospective students, researchers, and global audiences discover and interact with Warwick online.
Please note the role is fixed term until end of July 2027.
Key Responsibilities- Lead on-page and off-page SEO, including keyword research, meta optimisation, and internal linking.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes to improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, indexing, and structured data.
- Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to integrate SEO best practices into content strategy.
- Monitor performance using analytics tools, report on KPIs, and refine strategies based on data insights.
- Stay ahead of SEO trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activity to maintain a leading digital presence.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Computer Science.
- 3–5 years’ experience in SEO or digital marketing roles.

- Google Analytics/GA4 certification.
