We're looking for a Data and Analytics Manager to lead the delivery of Warwick's digital data strategy, driving insights that improve marketing performance, student recruitment, and user experience. You'll manage data collection, governance, and analysis across our digital ecosystem, implementing tracking tools and creating actionable recommendations that align with institutional goals.

Please note the role is fixed term until end of July 2027.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and report on data from multiple sources, including websites, social media, CDPs, and campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to inform marketing decisions.
  • Support the creation and delivery of a data strategy aligned with university objectives.
  • Manage web analytics tools and define KPIs for traffic, conversions, and engagement.
  • Conduct A/B testing and UX analysis to optimise website performance.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with GDPR.
About You
  • Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
  • Experience interpreting Customer Data Platforms and presenting actionable insights.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and web performance metrics.
  • Proficient in tag management (e.g., Google Tag Manager) and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio).
  • Hands‐on experience with A/B testing platforms and UX principles.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and consent management platforms.
