The Site Manager will oversee all construction works of assigned projects ensuring that the Plant is delivered in the budget, time and quality required.

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the construction activities of our multiple subcontractors on-site (several projects in parallel).
  • Monitor and report construction activities, resources, and schedules including overseeing the allocation for future tasks to prevent shortages or delays.
  • Owner’s representative on-site, coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that projects are executed in alignment with all plans and requirements based on our work process (WPM) structure.
  • Responsible for HSE on site, inspect site safety practices, and addressing unsafe conditions promptly in order to meet HSE regulations on a constant basis.
  • Support quality inspections and their documentation, including photos, reports, and quality records.
  • Support the identification, documentation, and resolution of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
  • Planning of construction works during development phase and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize our integrated software systems, which are built around lean construction and WPM principles, to ensure accurate and transparent reporting.

Your profile:

  • Significant experience leading the construction of renewable energy projects, with a preference for photovoltaic projects, ideally with an electrical background.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, materials, and safety standards, including civil, electrical, and mechanical components.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
  • Proven ability to work closely with project managers, providing on-site support and ensuring alignment between field activities and project objectives with the teams, subcontractors and stakeholders on-site.
  • Experience using project management and construction software, particularly tools designed for WPM and lean workflows.
  • Process oriented and structured way of working with focus on problem solving and fostering collaboration among diverse teams.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work in a team.
  • Willingness to travel 80% in multi-week assignments.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to work on various project sites in our core markets.
