UNiDAYS partnered Top 100 Student Start-up Accelerator Member Unipath is building something ambitious - and we’re looking for the right technical co-founder to build it with us. We’re at an early but serious stage and want to bring in a coder / technical lead who’s excited by ownership, impact, and long-term upside. This is an equity-based co-founder role to start. We want to work together first, test the fit properly, and build trust before formalising anything long term.
The Role You’ll be:
- Leading technical development of our MVP
- Shaping product architecture and technical roadmap
- Turning user research into a working, scalable product
- Helping define tech stack, infrastructure, and long-term build strategy
- Playing a core role in company direction as part of the founding team
This isn’t a “just build what we say” role. It’s a partnership.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Strong full-stack development skills (startup speed > corporate perfection)
- Comfortable building and iterating on MVPs
- Entrepreneurial mindset - you think in problems, not tickets
- Based in Sheffield or happy to work remotely (we’ll have regular team meetings)
- Interested in equity and long-term upside, not just short-term pay
