About the Job
Relationships mean everything to us, and this one is particularly special. You will have an important part to play supporting the Facilities Manager and Operational team by delivering reliable, safe, compliant and clean premises in which to operate.
As the Facilities Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in coordinating administrative operations and overseeing facilities-related services. You will ensure warehouse and office environments are safe, efficient, and well-supported, while managing vendor relationships, compliance, and internal support functions.
As part of your key responsibilities you will:
- Oversee and supervise daily FM administrative operations across site
- Manage equipment, and inventory control systems, in particular MHE admin and its associated provisions including LOLER inspections
- Assist with the coordination of MHE, maintenance, cleaning and repair services as required
- Support the Facilities Contract Manager and Facilities Service Delivery Manager to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Be the single point of contact for administration of Access Control system
- Oversee MHE vendor contracts and service level agreements
- Carry out financial admin (POs, credits, budget monitoring, projects etc) including internal recharging
- Implement and maintain facilities management policies and procedures
- Lead and mentor administrative support staff (as appropriate)
- Implement Consumable projects as required
- Establish excellent working relationships and partnerships, based on an open two-way communication style
- Manage effective and efficient processes for continuous improvement and control in the delivery of site services
- Ensure appropriate control and inventory of assets and equipment is maintained and changes recorded
