About the Role

As an S/4 EWM Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for executing, configuring, and delivering functional and business transformation expertise for the SAP EWM workstream. In this role, you will ensure that client projects deliver best-practice SAP S/4HANA Warehouse Management solutions using standard deployment methodologies. As an experienced, autonomous functional leader, you will facilitate client workshops, guide junior team members, and implement robust inventory, storage, and material handling configurations.

As part of your key responsibilities, you'll:

  • Lead the hands-on configuration of S/4HANA EWM modules (including storage type definitions, putaway/picking strategies, physical inventory, RF gun configurations, and internal stock movements) based on client requirements.
  • Assist the presales capability by configuring standard Private and Public Cloud SAP EWM business processes for solution demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Execute project tasks in strict alignment with the latest SAP offerings, utilising SAP Activate tools, templates, and tracking delivery progress via Cloud ALM.
  • Conduct detailed business process mapping and transformation activities, leveraging tools like SAP Signavio to capture functional requirements and identify standard process variations.
  • Support the design and delivery of internal training, user adoption workshops, and client-facing walkthroughs showcasing modern EWM system capabilities.
  • Support solution demonstrations and deep-dive functional warehouse walkthroughs for mid-to-senior supply chain stakeholders of potential customers.

About You

We'd love you to have the following skills and experience, but please apply if you think you'd be able to perform well in this role!

  • SAP consulting experience, with a heavy focus on SAP WM/EWM and at least 2 full-lifecycle implementations of S/4HANA EWM (Embedded or Decentralised).
  • Strong expertise in SAP Activate Methodology; relevant certifications in SAP S/4HANA EWM or SAP Activate are preferred.
  • Experience supporting sales teams with functional scoping, effort estimations, and system proof-of-concepts (PoCs).
  • Direct experience or exposure to process modeling platforms like SAP Signavio and digital adoption platforms like WalkMe.
  • Global mobility, possessing a valid passport and flexibility for national and international travel as required to support project deployment phases, testing cycles, and client alignment sessions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex functional EWM configuration options into clear, high-value business process choices for client teams.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent is desired.
