The Role:

  • Work with production teams to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
  • Fulfill any duties required by the company to ensure that high-quality harnesses are produced and delivered on time and in full, including adhering to production schedules, meeting quality control standards, and collaborating with other teams to prevent delays.
  • Assist Senior Harness Technicians and Team Leader in the daily operations of the harness workshop.
  • Assemble and produce complex, first time builds, prototypes and series production electrical wiring harnesses to meet production targets and schedules, ensuring all harnesses meet the required technical specifications.
  • Support the manufacturing process from start to finish, contributing to the timely delivery of harness systems.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, stores, and quality control to ensure alignment on production priorities and resolve any issues that may arise during assembly or testing.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience with OEM or System 25 harnesses (motorsport/aerospace).
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Organized, persuasive, resourceful, flexible, ambitious, self-directing, with a passion for delivering objectives and comfort challenging existing processes.
  • Clear and effective communication skills with internal and external clients.
  • Must be a team player.

You may have experience in the following: Harness Technician, Wire Harness Assembler, Electrical Harness Technician, Manufacturing Technician, OEM Harness Specialist, Aerospace Harness Technician, Motorsport Harness Technician, Production Technician, etc.
