We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing operations serving high-performance motorsport customers. This hands-on role will manage a small on-site team, ensuring production excellence, efficiency, and quality while maintaining strong relationships with demanding motorsport clients. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a small on-site team to deliver high-quality products on time and to specification.
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource allocation.
- Maintain and improve operational processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
- Collaborate closely with motorsport clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all operations.
- Monitor key performance metrics, identify operational risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Support the introduction of new products, technologies, and processes to meet customer demands.
