We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing operations serving high-performance motorsport customers. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a small on-site team to deliver high-quality products on time and to specification.
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource allocation.
- Maintain and improve operational processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
- Collaborate closely with motorsport clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring exceptional service.
