Location: Appleby Magna,(DE12 8AA) Hours: PM Shift – hours will be 14:30 – 23:00. Salary: £34,608 per annum,plus 30 days holiday, pension, bonus, life assurance, employee assistance programme, wellbeing support, and flexible benefits scheme As Health and Team Leader youwill effectively embed Unipart Health and Safety policy and procedures across the shift through co-ordinating and monitoring safety related systems. You will also promote an understanding that the effective management of health and safety is an integral part of efficient business and operational management. As part of your key responsibilities youll: Support teams on health and safety legislation, safe methods of working, prevention of hazards to health and the suitability of plant, protective equipment and control measures to ensure a positive culture and high standards are achieved.
