industry technical knowledge.
Principal Accountabilities
Work collaboratively as part of a multi-discipline project team, giving priority to delivering project needs at the desired
quality, in the allotted time.
Participate in the design and review of product / system development. Using appropriate tools, equipment and software to ensure
compliance with specified requirements.
Demonstrate an understanding of engineering principles, you will shadow experienced engineers and adopt the guidance of your
Develop solutions to technical challenges, you will undertake testing to prove solutions meet original requirements, clearly
documenting decisions and the rational behind them.
Participate in and learn to apply analysis methods such as FMEA, FMECA, Hazard, Risk or Kepner-Tregoe.
Support the planning of experiments in order to evaluate complex systems.
Estimate the workload required to deliver engineering solutions.
Communicate effectively, in speech and writing.
Conduct yourself in a professional manner, following company rules and policies.
Build effective working relationships with your team, through earning trust and respect with honest hard work. Help maintain a
positive, enthusiastic, supportive working environment. Escalate any issues/problems to your Line Manager relating to delivery,
cost, productivity, quality, at the earliest opportunity, to facilitate resolution.
